Who we are
This website is operated by Kilter. Kilter is a Then Again company. Calder, Kilter and Luster are separate operating companies, and the company whose website or form you use is responsible for that interaction.

What we collect
When you send a fit check, we collect the brief and any name, email address or organisation you choose to provide. Cloudflare may also process technical request information needed to deliver, protect and verify the website, including IP address, browser information, requested page and request time.
How we use it
We use fit-check information to understand the problem, respond where you supplied an email address, decide whether Kilter is a useful fit, prepare a requested proposal, manage the prospective relationship in Temper, protect the form from abuse and meet legal or business-record obligations.
We do not sell personal information or add fit checks to a marketing list.
Then Again referrals
If another Then Again company is better placed to help, we may suggest an introduction. We will ask before passing your identifiable fit-check details across. If you agree, the receiving company will use the information to respond to that enquiry and manage the resulting prospective relationship.
Who handles it
We use Temper for fit-check and prospective-client records, Cloudflare for hosting, security and form verification, and internal alerts for delivery failures. Temper is the group’s shared enquiry system, not a shared marketing list.
Storage, access and complaints
We keep fit-check information only as long as needed to respond, manage the prospective relationship and meet legal or business-record obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You can ask to access or correct information Kilter holds about you or raise a concern by emailing hello@kilterstudio.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
